*Day time visitors: The condo administration imposes a max of 3 people at any time inside the unit. Unfortunately, these are not our rules

^Strictly no events/parties are permitted.

^Strictly No Smoking inside the unit (you will set off the fire alarm)

^Take care in using anything in the unit and to turn off any lights/appliances that are not         being used (Anything missing/damaged from the unit will be considered sold to you)
